Dr. Michael Gavin is a native of Onalaska and graduated from Onalaska High School in 1982 graduate. He is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College and the University of Minnesota Dental School. After receiving his dental degree, Dr. Gavin trained three years in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps. While on active duty, Dr. Gavin served in the Naval Dental Center in Florida and North Carolina. During his tour of duty with the Navy, Dr. Gavin was also attached with the United States Marine Corps. It was during that time Dr. Gavin was deployed to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba to provide humanitarian dental care to Haitian immigrants. Dr. Gavin has been practicing dentistry since 1990 and began building the Valley Dental team in 1993. He is married with three children and in his free time enjoys being involved with his children’s activities. He also has a passion for endurance athletics.

Dr. Kevin Holly was born and raised in Ashwaubenon, WI. From there he studied biology at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. He then continued his education at Marquette University where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, La Crosse District Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Orthodontic Society. When Dr. Holly is not treating patients he enjoys being active. He met his wife Kelly while they were both on a trip to Tanzania from the University of Minnesota. He continues to share a passion for travel and adventure. He loves spending time with his two sons Jax and Jordy and the family dogs, Indigo and Willow. Dr. Holly is an avid Packers fan and enjoys swimming biking and running. He is excited to call Onalaska his home and joined the Valley Dental team in 2017.

Dr Eric Stull is a native of Milwaukee, WI. He attended the University of Missouri where he earned his degree in Biology. He then went on to attend University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Dentistry. Shortly after he returned to Wisconsin where he practiced in La Crosse for close to a decade before joining the Valley Dental team in 2019. Dr. Stull’s clinical interest is in dental implants, oral surgery and advanced restorative work. He has previously served as president of the La Crosse District Dental Society and has had leadership positions with the Wisconsin Dental Association. Dr. Stull is married and has a young daughter named Andie. In his free time he enjoys adventures with his family, mountain biking and playing golf.

Dr. Shaina Rennegarbe-Day was born and raised in southern Illinois. For her undergraduate degree, Dr. Day played women’s golf at Southern Illinois University (SIU) of Carbondale, where she studied biology and chemistry. Following her undergraduate degree, she attended Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. She is a member of the Wisconsin Dental Association, American Dental Association, La Crosse District Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Orthodontic Society. Dr. Day and her husband moved to the area in 2017 and love spending time with their dog and being outdoors. Dr. Day enjoys college basketball and her favorite time of the year is March Madness followed by The Masters. She is enjoying being a part of the La Crosse area community and Valley Dental team.
